1. I want to reduce my use of plastic bags and bottles.
2. For resources, I will need reusable shopping bags and a reusable water bottle.
3. I will monitor my progress by putting a sticker on a chart each time I use my new reusable resources.

What step is missing from the plan?
Sharing it with a friend or family member
Reflecting on how it feels to conserve resources
Reviewing how it is going once the plan has begun
Identifying the actions to take to carry out the plan

Answers

Answer:

The step that is missing in Lulu's plan is reviewing how it is going once the plan has begun.

Explanation:

To keep a track of the activities that have been planned to be done is critical for maintaining consistency in the activity. If Lulu chooses to keep a track of her activity and reviews the consistency that is being followed in the implementation of the plan, she would stay motivated to continue the plan and also have a record of how the plan is going.

Final answer:

Lulu's plan to reduce her use of plastic is comprehensive but lacks specific actions needed to achieve her goal. Identifying daily alternatives to single-use plastics and incorporating recycling efforts are essential steps to enhance her plan.

Explanation:

Lulu's action plan for reducing her use of plastic is well thought out but is missing an essential step: Identifying the actions to take to carry out the plan. While she has a goal in place and resources identified, the plan lacks specific actions like choosing alternatives to single-use plastics in daily activities, such as opting for bulk purchasing to reduce packaging waste or selecting products that come in sustainable packaging. These actions are critical to ensure the effectiveness of the plan and achieve the set goal of reducing plastic use.

Reviewing the plan's progress regularly is another step she could include to adapt strategies as needed. Additionally, incorporating recycling efforts for any unavoidable plastic use might further enhance her contribution towards conserving resources. Lulu's initiative can inspire others to adopt eco-friendly practices in their lives, potentially leading to a significant decrease in plastic pollution.

which was a fundamental element of supply-side economics?
A. corporate tax hikes
B. marginal tax cuts
C. economic regulation
D. wage increases

Answers

Answer:

A fundamental element of supply-side economics is marginal tax cuts.

Explanation:

Supply side economics endorses, increased production as the driving force behind economic growth. That is influenced by several factors such as Capital, Labour, Entrepreneurship and land. The Fiscal policy of supply side focuses more on creating a better environment for all kind of businesses. Its tools are deregulation and tax cuts. Accordingly the companies that are benefited by the policies are able to hire more workers, which results in the creation of more jobs thereby boosting the economy.

Final answer:

The fundamental element of supply-side economics is marginal tax cuts, which aim to stimulate economic growth by incentivizing work and increasing the supply of goods and services.

Explanation:

A fundamental element of supply-side economics is marginal tax cuts. This approach argues that reducing income tax rates and other taxes would lead to an increase in labor supply as people would be incentivized to work more, knowing they would keep a larger portion of their income. Supply-side economics, a term closely associated with the policies of President Ronald Reagan in the 1980s, holds that such tax cuts can potentially increase overall economic productivity and even tax revenues, through greater economic activity.

The increase in the after-tax real wage is supposed to encourage more labor supply, which in turn increases the production of goods and services. This diverges from the view that stimulating aggregate expenditure primarily increases real GDP, focusing instead on increases in potential output. Supply-siders believe that over time, the positive effects of tax reductions on work incentives and productivity could offset the initial decrease in tax revenue.

I had to write an argumentative essay for Social Studies and I'd like to get some feedback before I submit it. I will give Brainliest to the best answerer!

The Industrial Revolution changed the lives of everyone involved. Modern technologies came into play and life changed forever. Some changes were good. Industries exploded, creating huge businesses, and allowing those who worked hard enough to become extremely wealthy. But not all the changes were positive. The family unit was torn apart, children worked in dangerous factories instead of going to school, and the delta between the rich and the poor grew.

The Industrial Revolution paved the way for many of the technologies we have today. Instead of rickety and unreliable automobiles, we now have cars that can go at supersonic speeds. Men have set foot on the moon, and life has never been more convenient. Any question you have could be answered at once thanks to smartphones. Travel is safer and faster, necessities and wants are cheaper and easier to obtain. But to get where we are now, sacrifices had to be made.

At the beginning of the 20th century, the United States was exploding with growth. Mass production was new and the speed with which products were made grew exponentially. Experienced workers were no longer needed, and so lost their jobs. Uneducated workers could be hired for cheaper and worked for longer. This meant that while the business owners grew richer, their employees grew poorer. In desperation, most families sent their children to work. It was common for kids to start full-time work at age 12. And because their educations were sacrificed, these children stayed poor. Forever.

The detriments of the Industrial Revolution outweighed the positive impacts it had. However, the Industrial Revolution was inevitable. Modern technologies would've been created no matter what. Humans are greedy, and the creation of monopolies and sacrifice of safe working conditions would have happened anyways. The young United States didn't have the benefit of hindsight like we do now, and they didn't have the same perspective on how workers- and humans- should be treated that we do now. We can only hope that we will learn from past mistakes and prevent them from happening again in the future.
