Specialists like psychologists and psychiatrists from every state, province or town that suffers this problem should interfere and teach people, from kids to adults, how to respect, help and make other people´s lifes happy instead of ruing them. If people could learn that if we all bring happines and respect to each other´s life, and that if someone is going through a hard situation we give him or her a hand, we would overcome a lot of hard situations easily and we would not be carrying with one heavy bag that makes our lifes harder and that bag is called bullying.

 Bullying should be penalized, if kids do it they should be taught how to respect their partners and if it is necessary private them from some benefits untill they learn. And in case of teenagers and adults, eventhough they should also be taugth how to respect their partners, if it is necessary they should be punished and pay a fine.
